Orca Bay - Red Extra - B - Red Cornerstones

So I think that I have a plan -
Thanks to EQ7 -
Gotta luv that program!! ;))

Now I need some 2” squares -
Got a die for that -
Cuts 6 at a time -
Four layers -
Paper on top to help with “static cling” -
Run it through -

And get this -
"Perfectly normal” according to customer service -
"Annoying as hell" according to me - ;))

Cut me a bunch of those -
And then CLIP me a bunch of those - ;))

And go digging in my stash -
For what I need -
For the next step -

Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

Curious - did the paper help? And.... won't paper dull the cutting blade?

Hahaha So is that a replaced die? If it is it looks like they really 'fixed' it good. Looking forward to your new plan.

Katie M. - Yes - the paper helped with the "static cling" - the paper (not the fabric) clings to the mat instead. The paper may dull the cutting blade - eventually - but THEY - customer service - told me to put a thin sheet of paper on top to reduce "static cling". What I REALLY don't understand is how the die cutting blades - which come up through the BOTTOM of the foam - can cut the paper - the TOP most layer - and still leave the patches connected - ?!?!?!?

Linda - Yup - that's a "replaced" die - I'll show you the rest when I get there - ;))

Is it all tight enough between the die and the perspex on top? Otherwise, I dunno what it is. Which brand machine do you use?
