  1. As in any retail operation - they don't know about what's not said! The more people that speak up about what they like and don't like, may start a difference in what we see in the quilt store and on line.....

  2. That reply is similar to the response I got from the helpful CSR .I said "Would you please consider bringing back the variegated thread spools that you used to have? etc etc. only thread I use , etc etc.

He said " They are actually looking into that possibility. "

So looks like there may be some hope??

  3. I asked one of their sponsored blog hosts and she told me that Connecting threads told her that it was too expensive to carry the variegated threads. So it will be interesting to see if they "listen" to what the customer wants.

    1. Thanks - you're right - it will be interesting to see if they "listen" to what the customer wants - ;)) I think that companies sometimes pay more attention to the "bottom line" than they do to the "customer". They forget that without "customers" they won't sell much - ;))

I love reading your comments -
they let me know that I'm not just talking to myself - ;))

FYI - I have always restricted comments to “Registered User” - and I have always moderated my comments - and I will continue to do so. I like to read your comments before I publish them - and I DO publish ALL of them - whether you agree with me or not. The only ones that I DO NOT publish are the “buy-me” and "spam" crap.

So - if you want to leave a comment but don’t like your word verification choice - hit the little arrow thingy to the right of the box until you find one that you DO like. I can’t always read them either but word verification is there for a reason and I refuse to be bullied into taking it off - ;))
