Celtic Soltice - 12/6/13

As it turns out -

I have a die for the 3” finished Triangle-in-a-square units -

Needed for Part 1 - Celtic Solstice - HERE -

SO -

I used it - ;))

I think that I have finally decided to use -

CHRISTMAS colors -

RED (instead of orange) -

GREEN -

GOLD -

With BLUE as the fourth required color family -

Plus the usual NEUTRALS for background - ;))

And I think that I will call mine “Celtic Christmas” - ;))

So I pulled out some REDS and NEUTRALS for Part 1 -

And thought that I would make my star points -

RED -

Instead of blue - ;))

But now I think that I might have to wait for a bit -

To see the final quilt - ;))

I need to be careful -

Where I put my GREEN -

And my BLUE -

Because I want mine to look -

Like a Celtic CHRISTMAS -

Not the Fourth of July - ;))

Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

I guess I should go in and download the files... add another one to my 'someday' folder :-)

If you're not making it right away - you might want to wait until she has had a chance to make whatever corrections are needed. Last year she had a couple of typos and such - and I think you have until next June to download the files - so no hurry - ;))
