I just need to work on the "rhythm" of the design. And I HAVE sewn over a finger when changing the needle and accidentally hitting the foot pedal - not fun - ;))A Left-Handed Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01145550105234839991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925958115318632100.post-36163980577286469632016-04-25T12:20:00.377-07:002016-04-25T12:20:00.377-07:00You know - I think it starts to "hang up"...You know - I think it starts to "hang up" when it gets to that last little bit on the bobbin - the part where I manually wind the thread around the bobbin to "start" it - and NOW it's a BIG RED FLAG - ;))A Left-Handed Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01145550105234839991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925958115318632100.post-81850120633096020312016-04-25T10:53:12.896-07:002016-04-25T10:53:12.896-07:00Looking good! Sometimes you get a smoother flow if you look a little ahead of where you're actually stitching. You will tend to 'move' toward where you're looking - just don't look too far ahead - you might sew a finger!!!!Katie M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/09538545754383438552noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925958115318632100.post-59765741988658549562016-04-25T04:45:58.820-07:002016-04-25T04:45:58.820-07:00Looking at old practice pieces really lets you see...Looking at old practice pieces really lets you see how much you have improved.

I have to laugh about the "thread catching on nothing" part. I have had that happen - so far my brain hasn't clicked that it means "check the bobbin" - but maybe now I will remember. (but those bobbins run out so fast when free motion quilting!)Gene Blackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15731141629634998152noreply@blogger.com
