Five more -
Of these -
Led to some playing in EQ7 -
D1 - Curvy Bowties -
D2 - Circles - my drawing skills in EQ7 are not that good - so the matching of the circles is "off" - but that's probably what my blocks would look like if I tried to match the "quarter" circles - so as much as I like the "circles" - the matching is not likely to happen - LOL - ;))
D3 - A variation of a Drunkard's Path layout -
Minimal matching - which is a possible maybe -
D4 - Another variation of a Drunkard's Path layout -
With more circles - so more matching required -
D5 - Another variation of a Drunkard's Path layout -
With even more matching required -
D6 - Another variation of a Drunkard's Path layout -
With a lot more matching required -
I'm kind of partial to the first one -
I like the diagonal flow -
And - best of all - NO matching is required - LOL - ;))
What do you think? - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -
I like D1 best. Could you possibly make the four patch of backgrounds and applique the circle as one piece?
ReplyDeleteI really like the first one. . .it reminds me of another quilt pattern, something with Snake in it I think.
ReplyDeleteIt gives a lot of movement with out needing to have a lot of fussy matching. . .plus I like the bowtie look.
Looking forward to seeing what you eventually decide to do. . . .unless another squirrel gets you first! LOL
Okay, I'm the oddball here and I like 3 best, followed by 4. But hey, it's your quilt...do what YOU like best!
