Today I "joined" the ends of the bindings -
On my Happy Trails -
And my Upstairs/Downstairs - Pastel Brights -
The YELLOW flower-head pins show my start and stop points -
So I don't have to search for the part I need to sew -
Maybe tomorrow I can finish them both - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -
Finishing them both would be great. Have accomplished nothing, as I have been fighting a kidney stone. (OMG that is the worst pain ever.)
ReplyDeleteGreat job! It's a satisfying feeling finishing the binding on a quilt....you deserve so.e extra quilty time as a reward for doing two! 😉
ReplyDeleteWhen I read "joined" it took me a few seconds to process that you were joining ends, not a quilt along! Now comes the sewing the second side down... Not my favorite when it comes to machine sewing binding, but it does go faster than by hand.
