Variations of the basic NINE-PATCH -

The sewn block will MEASURE 6-1/2” -

    I like how a star shape emerges in the middle. It is making me wonder what it might look with colorations that play that aspect up---might take pieced sashing to do it?? HMMMMM

      I think that the "star" shows more in #63 - Five Spot - but I like how the blocks look so different even though they have the same basic elements - just depends on how you color them - ;))
