A good sewing day -

For my Upstairs/Downstairs - Winter's Grandeur - Champagne
Robert Kaufman Winter's Grandeur - ©Studio RK -

I love it when the seams nest so nicely -

And everything comes together -

To make another top -

Ta Dah!! - ;))

Now I can get back to my Sakura Churn Dash blocks -

And my pink/orange SQUIRREL -

After I decide which jelly rolls I want to use next -

For another Upstairs/Downstairs top -

It's my perfect size - no-brainer go-to pattern -

When I want to SEW - but don't want to think about it -

So I might as well make another one - LOL - ;))

Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

  1. “Might as well” make another, indeed! I am in awe of your speedy production line. If youknow how many tops you have finished, please share! with us. We want to know. 🤗

  2. The top is pretty. To be honest, when you first showed the blocks I thought it would be bland, but it isn't.

    Congrats on another top finish!

  3. It's great to have that no-brainer go to quilt. Mine is the 16 patch. The hum of the machine on a constant basis is so important.

  4. Beautiful! And hooray for a finish(ed top)!!! I'm looking forward already to finishing my current project to dig into another one. I don't know what yet, but hey, motivation of any kind is good, right?!

  5. It is a subtle wonder. Just perfect. I tried looking back through your posts on this pattern. Did you somewhere explain how you were able to get the consistency of the color placement? I think this is a phenomenal pattern as it is so different depending on the colors.
