As in any retail operation - they don't know about what's not said! The more people that speak up about what they like and don't like, may start a difference in what we see in the quilt store and on line.....

That reply is similar to the response I got from the helpful CSR .I said "Would you please consider bringing back the variegated thread spools that you used to have? etc etc. only thread I use , etc etc.

He said " They are actually looking into that possibility. "

So looks like there may be some hope??

I asked one of their sponsored blog hosts and she told me that Connecting threads told her that it was too expensive to carry the variegated threads. So it will be interesting to see if they "listen" to what the customer wants.

Thanks - you're right - it will be interesting to see if they "listen" to what the customer wants - ;)) I think that companies sometimes pay more attention to the "bottom line" than they do to the "customer". They forget that without "customers" they won't sell much - ;))
