I've been playing with this placemat for a long time -
It was left over from a top that I made out of some other placemats - and it kept getting put on the bottom of the pile to be quilted - until now -
I went back to my old Picasa Web Albums and can't find the photos of the "placemat quilt" - and I tried to check some old blog posts and the photos on those are gone, too - so who knows what Mr. Google did with them. Anyone else have that problem - or is it just me? No, BOB - it's just you - ;))
Anyway - on a totally different subject - with some help from a bloggy buddy - I added a new feature at the top left of my blog - "Follow by Email" - after I got an email from a reader asking how she could "sign up for my blog" - I hope that's what she meant - ;))

Isn't it great to be able to quilt it yourself with fun designs? I love quilting with free motion designs.
As for the photos - when I can't find them it is usually "user error" Because I used to put them on Flickr and use the 'share' thing from there.
As you already know - I'm having a TON of fun with this FMQ thing - and it's not like I don't have a bunch of quilt tops that I can use for "practice" pieces. Because I know that I WILL get better with practice - I'm not worried so much right now about what it looks like - the hard part for me is choosing "which" design to quilt "where" - the possibilities are endless - ;))
As for the photos - I don't use Flickr - but the "user error" part is probably correct - ;))
