Done -

Thanksgiving Sudoku is quilted and bound -

Ta Dah - ;))

I did a simple wavy line - back and forth - on the diagonal this time -
Alternating the direction from block to block -

With a straight line grid in the border -
And used the wider "accent" fabric in the binding -
And a narrower seam when I attached it to the top -
Which made it much easier to miter the corners - ;))

Next up - Turkey Day - ;))

Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

  1. Wow you got a Thanksgiving quilt done a week before Thanksgiving! Congrats.

    1. Thanks, Gene - it sounds good until I tell you that the date on my "Scrap Card" is 12/7/13 - so it's been in the pile for a couple of years - ;))

  2. Hi, this is a great finish. Thanks for showing close ups of your quilting; I need to work on how to quilt so seeing others is helpful. Happy Turkey Day.

    1. Thanks, Jocelyn - I'm still learning how to Free-Motion Quilt - so my lines are still a bit "organic" - but I have a lot of quilt tops "to be quilted" - so I have a bunch of "practice" pieces ready to go - I just have do it - ;))

I love reading your comments -
they let me know that I'm not just talking to myself - ;))

FYI - I have always restricted comments to “Registered User” - and I have always moderated my comments - and I will continue to do so. I like to read your comments before I publish them - and I DO publish ALL of them - whether you agree with me or not. The only ones that I DO NOT publish are the “buy-me” and "spam" crap.

So - if you want to leave a comment but don’t like your word verification choice - hit the little arrow thingy to the right of the box until you find one that you DO like. I can’t always read them either but word verification is there for a reason and I refuse to be bullied into taking it off - ;))
