Three years later -

I decided that I REALLY did have to make those last three blocks -

It just wouldn't be FINISHED without them -

So I made more HSTs (half-square triangles) for the inner border/sashing - 

And planned out the placement of the HSTs - 

And began working on the last three blocks - 

Make that -

Began working on AND OFF the last three blocks - 

Mostly OFF - ;))

This was going to take some time -
