Oh, Julie - it is a WONDERFUL block!! Once you stack and cut the repeats - the fabric does ALL of the work!! It may be difficult to cut by hand - but if you could see a rotary cutter, a mat, and a ruler in your future as well - they would make very short work of the cutting - ;))
