On my wall today -
Well, actually it's on the OTHER wall -
In the hallway -
Because the wall in my sewing room -
Has some Christmas blocks on it -
That I want to play with -
And I have some test blocks to play with -
AFTER -
I find the fabric that I bought -
For the backing for the TURKEY DAY - GIVE THANKS top - ;))
I HAD planned to baste and quilt it this week -
In time for Thanksgiving -
But I can't find the backing fabric - ;((
I KNOW I have it around here -
SOMEWHERE -
But I can't find it -
And - knowing MURPHY -
He probably won't tell me where it is -
Until AFTER Thursday - ;))

You sound a lot like me. I am always misplacing things in my sewing room. I'm glad you found the backing fabric.

I distinctly remember pre-washing and pressing the fabric and folding it up all nice and neat so that it would be all "ready" when I needed it. But when the time came - I couldn't find it - or the pattern instructions - or ANY of the rest of the project. Lucky for me I only had a couple more places to look - so I found it sooner than I thought - ;))
Yea for finding your backing fabric! It's so hard to keep track of all of our fabric. I think there is a finish coming soon for you!
