Scrapbook update -
Every once in a while I try to update my Scrapbook -
So before I got too involved in my Christmas "Squirrels" - I decided to take Wednesday - the last day of November - to do some updating - ;))
I made several pages with colored paper inserts and the "Title" strips - and didn't think to take any photos until I put the Halloween Sudoku "Scrap card" in it's slot along with the "Solution" that I used for the fabric placement -
Then I pulled the "Heart" out of the Thanksgiving Sudoku baggie -
And put the "Scrap card" in it's slot along with the "Solution" that I used for the fabric placement -
Added the "Heart" to the basket of other "Hearts" -
And did the same for Turkey Day -
It got me a little more organized - and freed up some fabric for my scrap bins - to be sorted later - whenever I'm in the mood - ;))
If you're new to my blog - or don't know about - or haven't heard/read about my "Scrapbook" and "Scrap Cards" and "Hearts" - please check out the page/tab at the top of my blog - "LHQ - Finishing The Quilt" - HERE -
I have links to the various posts - all in one place -
And you can see for yourself what I do and How I Do It - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

That is way more organization than I do!
Ah - but did you notice that I said - "Every once in a while..." - ;))
I am lucky to get a picture to paste in my diary. I think I put in fabric samples for a few but since most of my quilts are scrappy that would be a problem ... and I like to use up as much of the fabric as possible. I do note the date and title and where it is intended to go, as well as the size. I am nearing the back of that book and wondering where I will go next. Once I saw a nice album type in some store but I rather think by the time you run out of pages... they would be hard to replace.
Since I started my blog, I'm not very good about recording the start dates and progress updates and stories - I figure it's on my blog as I go along. A few years ago - before my blog, I got several 12x12 photo albums on sale and have been filling them up - slowly. I don't know what I'm going to do when I get to the next one - it's the last one - and you're right - it may be hard to replace - ;))
