And a very productive one -
I made 18 blocks -
9 sets of two -
And sewed the strip sets for several more -
And Echo got a new squeaky toy -
A Squirrel - LOL -
Who won't stand up by himself -
I had to prop him up with some boxes -
So you could see him better -
And - NO - Grandma didn't help her choose the Squirrel -
She did it all by herself - LOL - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

That was quick work, Maybe it helps to have a squirrel helping.
I am loving these blocks! A whole quilt of these colors will really be stunning. A stuffed squirrel? Our dog would make quick work of that. Stuffing would be everywhere. Lol.
I agree with Barbara. These blocks look fantastic and a full quilt in this range of colors will be lovely.
Of course now, when you say you are chasing a squirrel, we won't know if it is a project squirrel or Echo's squirrel LOL.
PS...meant to add, you put me to shame! Eighteen blocks in one day! It takes me a day to make only 1 or 2 string blocks of mindless scraps. Hahaha!
Your quilt will be lovely. My granddog loves his squeaky toys, too, one of which is a flat squirrel.
Eighteen blocks?! Looks like you've still got it in you, we just have to tear you away from the puzzles! They look great. And I love folks who let their dogs pick out toys - I work in a pet friendly store with, of course, a whole aisle of dog toys. They are often easier to convince you just need them to scan the barcode while they hold the toy than toddlers! (It helps that I have treats...)
Loving all those blocks and their colors. A stuffed squirrel, really? Too funny.
