TUSAL - 7/19/12
I have joined over 380 other stitchers in Daffycat’s TUSAL -
A Totally Useless Stitch-A-Long
To play the game -
I have to fill my glass container -
With saved thread clippings -
Or ORTS - Old Ratty Threads -
Fabric trimmings -
Stitching cast-offs -
And then -
On the New Moon -
Take a picture of the ORTS in my jar -
Post it to my blog -
And label the Totally Useless posts with “TUSAL” -
Done - done - done - done - and done - ;))
Some of you may have noticed that I have a NEW ORT JAR - ;))
My other Ort Jar bit the dust -
Poor thing fell off the back of my little TV tray/table -
The lid is OK -
So now I have an extra lid -
For the other jars that I have of the same size -
And I was able to salvage some of the orts -
But I wasn’t about to go through the glass chips for the rest of them -
Now we’ll see how long my new jar lasts - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -
