The blocks were all in piles -
For my Upstairs/Downstairs - Christmas Colors -
So I took one of each and played with them a little on the design wall -
I think I like them in this order -
The first column will be Row #1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 -
The second column will be Row #7 - 8 -
And I'm too tired to put them all up on the wall -
Just to take them back down again -
So I'm going to take a little shortcut -
And sort the blocks into separate piles for each row -
Cross my fingers that it looks OK -
Then start to web it tomorrow -
Stay tuned -
It shouldn't be long now before we all see a finished top - ;))

They play so nicely together.
I understand how you feel about putting them up to take them back down. But I was looking forward to the design wall "tah dah!"
I guess once it is sewn we will see it all together.
I think your plan will work fine. It is going to be a pretty quilt.
You have enough experience with this pattern to know how it will work. The colors are very pure, not grayed, fabrics that will sparkle all together.
I LOVE the look of this!
