I think you are right. Ha ha....and your daughter needs to be working on her quilt also! Hey maybe she will be a free motion quilting natural - then she could quilt all of your tops.
This is called a Quilt Fairy. A gal in my quilt guild bought a longarm and her hubby was so intrigued with the technical side of things, he ended up not only quilting all her quilts for her, but learning to piece tops so he could try stuff his wife vetoed! Highly recommended, she says. I'm working on my hubby, but it may be too late. Perhaps, though, the daughter being new to quilting (well, living with it), success might be more likely?
When I first saw the thumbnail, I was really impressed by the owl quilt. Then, when I loaded the page, I saw it was a puzzle. LOL
Yes, yes, sew! I want some new inspiration.
