A little sorting -
And all of the piles are ready to sew - ;))
I moved the tray to its spot next to the sewing machine -
And sewed the first FOUR blocks together -
I chose TWO sets of TWO matching centers for each pile -
So each block will have a twin somewhere -
For an "I Spy" feature - see if you can find it - just for fun -
The pattern is Jiffy Jelly™ Quilt from Moda - HERE -
The block is simple enough -
The center row is three 2-1/2" squares -
And the outside rectangles are cut 6-1/2" long -
So - if I sewed the squares correctly -
The outside rectangle will match perfectly -
The jelly roll is Epic Prints Woof & Whiskers - HERE -
And - since some of the strips are "one-way" designs -
I find it easier to orient the squares and rectangles so that they read "right side up" as if they are standing on the center square -
That way -
They look like they are "right side up" whichever way you turn them -
And they can be turned whichever way you need them to go -
When you lay out the top - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

Fabulous planning, and your organization is amazing! I would have a pile of blocks scattered any which-way, and be spending an inordinate amount of time looking for just one. Lol!,
Looking good. Now that you have it all cut, lined up and ready to go, you should have it finished pretty quickly. I guess your scrabble friend can't come over to distract you now.
Love watching it all come together...
