With the Noah's Ark baby quilt panel -
And some WHITE thread -
It seems that "echoing" works pretty well in weirdly shaped areas -
So that's what I did in the WHITE background -
And I re-zipped the bottom of the quilt to the bottom leader cloth -
So I could roll it up on the front rail -
To get better "tension" when I add the clamps -
But I soon found out that if I do that -
It's too fat to use the clamps - LOL -
Hey - this is all about "learning" -
And it IS a curve - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

I love your echoing in the white areas. I am wondering now what you will do with the colored areas. I also wondered if you are going to be removing the basting stitches. I have to say that this may be too nice for a pet quilt.
The quilting is looking really nice. Are the basting stitches done in a different color thread to make them easy to spot for removal?
