I found an old baby quilt panel in my stash -
That I can use for more practice "following the lines" -
It's a cute "Noah's Ark" design -
With lots of "spaces" to fill -
But it's old and has a "fold line" mark that ruins it -
It's really discolored in this section -
So it's not something that I would want to give to a new mother -
It will probably be a new "blanket" for Echo or Buja -
Anyway- I loaded it on the frame -
Chose some colors -
And re-installed the Horizontal Spool Holder -
To accommodate these "non-cone" spools -
Then I stitched some pebbles in the top reddish border -
Thread colors that "blend" will hide my booboos while I practice -
Almost as big as my fabric "stash" -
So having "enough" thread is definitely not a problem - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

Great plan. And you can work on various fills in some of the solid areas.
I have lots of thread, but I do run out of black and cream because I use a lot of those two colors.
It does have a lot of different areas to do different stitches in. Have fun trying them out.
I think it needs some green:)
