I joined the binding -
For my Upstairs/Downstairs - Wild Things -
But that's as far as I got today -
So you can see that I cut and re-joined each fabric/color in a different spot -
I had to un-sew them -
Do the cut/join separately -
Then sew them back together -
That helps reduce the bulk when it's all sewn to the front -
It takes a little time -
But the results are totally worth it -
When I'm done and look at the "straight" binding on this quilt -
This "join" will look like all of the others - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

Interesting. I join my binding strips on a 45 degree angle, so I have to join the ends the same way. That reduces the bulk also -and they look the same once finished. Either way works -so Yay!
