Another flimsy -
I had to look back to some old posts to see what I called this one -
It seems it didn't really have a name -
I just referred to it as the Blue/Green/Gray blocks -
But it's from a jelly roll - Benartex - Sevilla Blues -
So I've named it Upstairs/Downstairs - Sevilla Blues -
And here it is - LOL - ;))
I really like how easy it is to "web" these tops in columns rather than rows -
I wish I had thought to do it that way sooner - LOL -
FIVE columns just seems faster and easier to handle -
Than SIX rows - even though the total number of blocks is the same -
And sewing the VERTICAL seams LAST -
Just seems to make more sense to me -
I sew the whole thing in the SAME orientation as it was up on the wall -
I sewed Column 5 to 4 -
5/4 to 3 -
5/4/3 to 2 -
5/4/3/2 to 1 -
And I was done - ;))
While I was sewing this one together -
I found another baggie -
With the Autumn Colors blocks -
So I'll play with them next -
I have blocks and bits and pieces in baggies - tubs - bins - etc. -
E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E. -
If I do a "search" -
Who knows what I'll find - LOL - ;))
Talk to you later - gotta go - gotta sew -

Very pretty blue/green layout! You have an endless supply of projects waiting!
LOL.... I have projects like that. Things that I have slipped from the current memory into that "closet under the stairs" space in my brain. Occasionally I find one that I really have to try to remember.
The flimsy looks good!
Sounds like my house, seriously. I should be called block maker lol.
I really love the colors in the blue and green top. Is it Scrappy Trips by Bonnie Hunter? I have one partially done but in all scrap colors. Should pull that out.
Very pretty. You are really productive!
Your quilt top looks great. Blocks breed like rabbits when our backs are turned. Lol
